Patron Account & Wishlist Terms

01. Patron Vault Registration & Guest Checkout
ARVEN provides a private digital portal known as the Patron Vault. Creating a vault account is entirely voluntary and is not a prerequisite to purchasing from our house. Patrons who prefer not to maintain credentials may utilize our streamlined Guest Checkout at all times.
An authenticated Patron Vault account provides convenient access to historic consignment records, saved delivery addresses, private maceration notifications, and persistent cross-device wishlists.
02. Credential Security & Confidentiality
If you elect to create a Patron Vault account, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email and password). You agree to notify our concierge immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or compromise of your credentials.
ARVEN employs Supabase cryptographic authentication with salted password hashing. We will never ask you for your password via telephone, WhatsApp, or unsolicited email.
03. Wishlist & Olfactory Archive Persistence
The ARVEN Wishlist allows you to bookmark compositions for future allocation. For guest patrons, wishlists are maintained locally within browser session storage. For authenticated vault patrons, wishlists synchronize securely to your private vault profile across desktop and mobile devices.
Bookmarking a fragrance flacon in your wishlist or shopping bag does not reserve inventory or lock in batch allocations until checkout is successfully completed and confirmed.
04. Prohibited Account Conduct
Patrons agree not to:
- Create multiple fictitious accounts to circumvent limited micro-batch bottle allocation limits.
- Utilize automated checkout scripts, credential stuffing bots, or inventory scrapers.
- Impersonate any individual, perfumer, or representative of ARVEN.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate revocation of vault access and cancellation of pending orders.
05. Vault Deactivation & Data Erasure
You may request permanent deactivation of your Patron Vault account and erasure of your profile data at any time pursuant to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
