RETURNS & EXCHANGES
01. 14-DAY RETURN POLICY ON UNOPENED BOTTLES
We accept returns on all unopened, factory-sealed 1.7 FL OZ flacons within 14 calendar days of confirmed courier delivery. To be eligible, the tamper-evident security seal on the exterior presentation box must remain intact and unbroken.
02. HYGIENE & SANITARY REGULATIONS
Due to international cosmetic health guidelines and European sanitary standards governing haute parfumerie, flacons whose security seals or cellophane overwrap have been broken cannot be restocked or returned for refund.
03. DISCOVERY SET POLICY & VOUCHER CREDIT
Individual Discovery Sets (3 × 0.07 FL OZ) are strictly non-returnable once dispatched. However, to guarantee your complete satisfaction, every Discovery Set includes a 100% redeemable ₹299 voucher valid toward any future 1.7 FL OZ flacon purchase.
04. DAMAGED OR COMPROMISED DELIVERIES
If your flacon arrives damaged in transit or compromised in any manner, please photograph the package and notify concierge@soraparfumerie.com within 48 hours of receipt. A priority replacement flacon will be dispatched immediately.
