Promotions & Bundle Terms

01. Promotional Scope & Eligibility
From time to time, ARVEN may issue introductory privilege codes, private patron invitations, or micro-batch promotion codes through our official correspondence or verified digital channels.
All promotional codes are intended exclusively for bona fide personal patrons. ARVEN reserves the right to cancel orders originating from unauthorized coupon scrapers, commercial coupon scraping extensions, or automated script submissions.
02. Coupon Redemption & Non-Stacking Rules
- Single Code Limit: Only one (1) promotional discount code may be applied per transaction at checkout. Promotional codes cannot be combined, stacked, or compounded with other codes.
- Validity Period: Promotional codes must be redeemed prior to their stated expiration date. Expired promotional codes cannot be retroactively reinstated.
- No Cash Value: Promotional discounts, credit vouchers, and privilege codes possess no independent cash surrender value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred between patron accounts.
03. Multi-Flacon Bundle Privileges
ARVEN offers automated bundle privileges when acquiring multiple full-sized 50ml flacons within a single allocation (e.g. 2-Bottle Archive Privilege or 3-Bottle Complete Maison Trilogy Privilege).
Bundle discounts are dynamically applied at checkout and are tied directly to the qualifying minimum item count. Adding or removing items will adjust the applicable privilege in real time.
04. Product Exclusions
Unless explicitly declared otherwise in promotional campaign announcements, introductory coupon codes and percent-off discounts do not apply to:
- Discovery Sample Sets and decant collections.
- Rare Private Archive limited bottlings and numbered artisanal releases.
- Bespoke packaging customizations, engravings, and express shipping surcharges.
05. Returns of Discounted Allocations & Partial Cancellations
If an unopened flacon purchased under a promotional code is returned pursuant to our Returns & Refund Policy, the refund disbursed will reflect the actual net price paid after discount allocation, not the original undiscounted retail list price.
In the case of tiered bundle purchases, returning one bottle from a bundle disqualifies the remaining retained bottle(s) from the bundle tier privilege, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
