By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the SORA Parfumerie website (soraparfumerie.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations in India, and international standards governing electronic commerce.
02. LIMITED BATCH ALLOCATIONS
Our fragrances are compounded in strictly numbered micro-batches (e.g. Batch 001 — 30 bottles per composition). SORA reserves the right to limit quantities per patron to prevent secondary market hoarding and ensure equitable access for genuine fragrance collectors.
03. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & BRAND MARKS
All brand marks, flacon designs, imagery, olfactive descriptions, and typography on this website are the proprietary property of SORA Parfumerie (Est. 2026). Unauthorized reproduction or commercial emulation is strictly prohibited.
04. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising from transactions on this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, India.
