01. Flacon Packaging & Preservation Standards
ARVEN compositions are compounded at high Extrait de Parfum concentration and presented in heavy Italian-molded glass flacons. Due to the artisanal and fragile nature of our goods, our packaging exceeds commercial e-commerce standards.
Each flacon is ensconced within a structured presentation box, secured with tamper-evident protective seals, and cushioned inside rigid double-walled shipping cartons designed to absorb shock and protect against extreme ambient variations during transit.
02. Domestic Shipping Across India
We offer Complimentary Standard Delivery on all domestic flacon orders delivered within India.

03. Atelier Processing & Dispatch Schedule
Orders confirmed prior to 14:00 IST on business days (Monday through Friday) are queued for batch verification and assembly on the same day. Orders placed on weekends or national public holidays are processed on the subsequent operational business day.
Each parcel undergoes an inspection checklist to confirm flacon neck integrity, crimp seal stability, and batch authenticity before handing over to the courier.
04. Trusted Courier Partners & Delivery Security
We partner with leading Indian logistics aggregators and express carriers, including BlueDart, Delhivery, and specialized surface logistics providers equipped for safe hazardous cosmetic transportation.
- Delivery Attempts: Couriers will attempt delivery up to three (3) consecutive times. If the recipient remains unreachable, the parcel will be held at the local hub for 48 hours before initiating Return to Origin (RTO).
- OTP Verification: For Cash on Delivery and high-value orders, our carrier may require a one-time SMS verification password at the time of delivery.
05. Live Consignment Tracking
Upon parcel manifestation, you will receive an automated dispatch notification containing your carrier Air Waybill (AWB) number and direct tracking link.
You can track your consignment at any moment by visiting our dedicated Order Tracking Portal using your order reference number and email.
06. International Orders & Customs Regulations
We fulfill cross-border orders to designated international destinations via express international couriers (such as DHL Express or FedEx). Transit time is typically 7 to 14 business days depending on regional customs clearance procedures.
07. Delivery Inspection & Transit Claims
Patrons are urged to inspect the external condition of the shipping carton before accepting delivery from the courier agent:
- Tampered Outer Carton: If the outer cardboard carton appears visibly crushed, punctured, or retaped with carrier tape, please photograph the carton and request the courier agent note the condition on the delivery manifest.
- 48-Hour Transit Damage Notice: If upon unboxing, you find flacon breakage or atomizer leakage, notify our concierge within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photographs at arvenparfumerie@gmail.com or call +91 8141739695.
