01. Statutory Privacy Rights (DPDP Act, 2023)

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India, every customer whose personal data is processed by ARVEN is recognized as a Data Principal endowed with enforceable legal rights.

We respect your sovereignty over your digital footprint. This dedicated portal allows you to lodge formal requests for data access, correction, erasure, or consent withdrawal.

02. Categories of Available Requests

• Right to Access: Receive a clear summary of your personal data processed by ARVEN, including transaction histories and shared third-party categories.
• Right to Correction & Updating: Correct inaccurate or incomplete contact or shipping information stored in our vault.
• Right to Erasure / Deletion: Permanently purge your profile, saved addresses, and patron vault credentials (subject to mandatory statutory tax and accounting retention rules).
• Right to Withdraw Consent / Opt-Out: Revoke consent for promotional newsletters, olfactory dispatches, or analytical telemetry.
• Privacy Concern or Inquiry: Submit a specific inquiry regarding our data handling or third-party integrations (e.g. Cashfree or courier networks).

04. Identity Verification Protocol

To safeguard against fraudulent data extraction, our privacy team may dispatch a secure verification link or one-time code to the email address or telephone on file before fulfilling an access or erasure request.

05. Fulfillment & Statutory Record Retention

We fulfill verified privacy requests within thirty (30) calendar days of identity authentication.

Please note that under Indian tax, corporate, and e-commerce laws, certain transaction records (invoices, GST vouchers, order identifiers, and settlement ledgers) must be preserved for statutory audit periods (up to 7 years) and cannot be deleted prior to the expiration of that mandate.
