SORA Parfumerie values your personal confidentiality. We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your fragrance orders, deliver parcel tracking telemetry, and provide direct client concierge support. We do not sell, license, or monetize patron information.
02. INFORMATION COLLECTED
When ordering through our digital platform, we record your name, shipping address, email address, telephone number, and payment status. Sensitive payment credentials (credit card numbers, UPI tokens) are processed directly by certified level-1 PCI-DSS payment gateways and are never stored on SORA servers.
03. PRIVATE ARCHIVE CORRESPONDENCE
Subscribers to the SORA Private Archive receive exclusive notifications regarding limited batch releases and olfactive studies. You may unsubscribe at any time with one click through the footer of any dispatch.
04. YOUR RIGHTS
You may request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your customer profile and historical correspondence by emailing our data officer at privacy@soraparfumerie.com.
